Yay for me!

Today Sadie and I once again went to the gym. Yeah for me! Two days in a row. It felt good and I really needed it after we had a horrible shopping trip. Sadie also sported this adorable outfit that I picked up at Target for $3.75!

I took Sadie to Wal-Mart and she decided she wanted to pull every single thing out of the basket that I was putting in so basically I spent the whole time picking everything up off the ground. Then to top it off she took our box of Oreos and smashed them on the ground at the checkout. Grrrr. I wanted to cry by the time the whole thing was over.
Then to top it off I realized I didn't buy the pudding I needed for my ice cream cake so we had to go back to Kroger again.
Oreo & Fudge Ice Cream “Cake”Prep: 10 min. Total: 4 hours 10 min. (incl. freezing)1/2 cup fudge ice cream topping, warmed1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed, divided1 pkg. 1 POUR the fudge topping into a medium bowl.
Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping with a
wire whisk until it’s well blended. Add in the
dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. or until well
blended. The consistency of fudge topping
can vary depending on what brand you
purchase. If your fudge topping mixture is
too thick to spread easily, stir in 1/4 cup milk.

2 CHOP the Oreo cookies roughly into chunks. They
don’t all have to be the same size. Stir into the
pudding mixture.

3 ARRANGE 4 of the ice cream sandwiches, side by
side, on a 24x12-inch piece of foil; top with half
of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers.

4 TOP the pudding mixture with the remaining
4 ice cream sandwiches. The layers create a
neat striped effect when sliced.

5 FROST the top and sides with the remaining
whipped topping. It doesn’t have to look perfect.

6 BRING up the foil sides. Double fold top and
ends to loosely seal the packet. Freeze at least
4 hours before serving. Let stand at room
temperature to soften slightly before serving.
Store leftover dessert in the freezer.
Thank you Kraft foods for your amazingly easy and delicious recipies. I suggest all of you suscribe to the Kraft Food and Family Cookbook.
After our second shopping trip, Sadie had fun with Cheerios. I swear I am no longer buying her toys but just going to give her some random inanimate object to play with.

Tonight Steve's Mom, Dad, Debbie and Ethel came over to visit and have pizza (yes, Dan Good again). We sat around and talked for awhile so nothing major but it was good company.
